How does payment processing work?
We use Stripe to process all payments securely. When tenants pay their rent, the funds go directly to your connected Stripe account and are deposited into your bank. Processing fees are 3.9% + $0.30 per transaction, which can be passed on to tenants or absorbed by you.
Can I import my existing tenants?
Yes. You can add tenants manually or contact us for help importing your existing tenant database. We will help you get set up quickly.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. The $59/month plan is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
What payment methods can tenants use?
Tenants can pay with credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers through the secure Stripe payment system. All major card brands are accepted.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this?
Not at all. The dashboard is designed to be simple and intuitive. If you can use email, you can use our software. We also provide setup assistance and ongoing email support.
